TC1975 has a past practise of challenging perceptions of established law through a "devil's advocate" ethic. This is an endeavour of constructive conspiracy; ensuring that all four corners of the law of the region are available to the general public; that rules of natural justice do prevail; and, that the "non liquet" - the uncertain elements of law - are subject to public debate.
